These Terms and Conditions are between you and Energizer Philippines, Inc., an affiliate of Energizer Trading Limited (“Energizer”), and will be treated as having final say in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with other communications, such as advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions form part of the Terms and Conditions, and by participating all claimants are considered to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. This Energizer Promotion is open to all residents of Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Philippines aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Energizer, PromoVeritas (the Administrator), Brand Culture, its affiliates or agents, and any other person connected with this Promotion, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity. Energizer will not be responsible for any under-age entries.
Purchase is necessary and internet access is required. A Booking.com account is required to redeem the gift. Entrants must retain their receipt as proof of purchase to send in if requested.
Promotion Period: The Promotion is open from 00.01 local time on 1st July 2019 (Opening Date) and closes at 23.59 local time on 30th September 2019 (Closing Date).
Entry Instructions: This Promotion is exclusive to customers who:
Purchase a pack of Energizer®: batteries, battery chargers or flashlights within the Promotion Period.
Visit www.energizerholidays.com (the Energizer Promotional Website), select ‘country of residence’ if not directed to the Philippines page, and enter their full name, email address and the barcode from the pack to receive their gift and be entered into the draw.
Customers will then receive an email to the address provided with a unique code/link to be used on Booking.com or the Booking.com mobile app, dependent on the customer’s country of residence
Purchase of licenced Energizer products are not eligible for entry. These include automotive/marine batteries, USB chargers and power banks.
All Promotion entries received after the Closing Date are automatically invalid.
The Gift: All customers who correctly fill in the form at www.energizerholidays.com will receive a money-back code that may be used for holiday accommodation bookings with a value of PHP 4,200 and above made on Booking.com from 01 July 2019 to 10 November 2019.

Money-back will be credited to the card linked to the Booking.com account, 30-60 days after checking out of the accommodation. Check Booking.com’s FAQ’s if you haven’t received your money-back after this time.
Debit cards supported are VISA & Mastercard, Booking.com are unable to credit funds back to any other debit card.
American Express cards are not supported on Booking.com or their mobile app and money-back cannot be credited to these cards.
If a customer cancels their booking within the redemption period (10.11.19) their code/URL will re-activate within a few hours and can be used to make a different booking. If the booking made was non-refundable, the code/URL will not be available to be used for a different booking.

The Prize: All valid entries will be entered into a Prize Draw for the chance to win 30 night’s* accommodation of your choice, anywhere in the world that accepts Mastercard.

Winner Selection: There will be one Prize Draw held on 01 October 2019 at 16.00 Indonesian time, at PT. Energizer Indonesia, JL Raya Jakarta – Bogor KM. 29,3 Mekarsari, Cimanggis, Depok – Indonesia 16952, in the presence of a DTI representative. The Winner will be selected from all valid entries received throughout the Promotion Period from the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore, by a random draw, using PromoVeritas’ Prize Draw Machine.
The Winner will be notified by email within 5 working days after the draw and will need to respond within 60 days of the first contact received to confirm acceptance and eligibility. If the Winner does not respond within the 60 days of first contact, Energizer reserves the right to disqualify that winner and not award the Prize with prior approval of the DTI (if the winner is from the Philippines).
The Prize will be sent to the Winner within 28 days of acceptance. The Prize can only be sent to an address within the Winner’s country of residence.
The Prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternative to the Prize is available in whole or in part.
If the winner is a resident of the Philippines, he/she will be responsible for a 20% Prize tax.

It is a condition of the Promotion that the entrant agrees to be bound by these rules, and in particular that the decisions of Energizer on any matters whatsoever arising out of or connected with the Promotion are final.
The Gifts are non-transferrable. There are no alternatives to the Gift offered.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
In entering the Promotion, the participant confirms that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Gift, and Prize if applicable. Energizer reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to requiring proof that the participant is eligible to enter the Promotion and to refuse to award a Gift or the Prize or withdraw Gift or the Prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where it is proven that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means. Yes, a Booking.com account is necessary. After you have entered your pack’s barcode on energizerholidays.com you will receive an email with a Booking.com unique code You will then be asked to sign into your Booking.com account. If you do not have an account, you’ll need to create one at the sign in page before you are able to redeem your reward offer when booking your accommodation. Creating a Booking.com account is free and easy to do!
Note: There is no alternative method to redeem the reward offer across any other platforms.

Once the promotion has ended you will not be able to enter the promotion to receive a Booking.com reward offer.
If you already have received your unique code, you will have until the end of the redemption period to redeem the reward offer.
If you need to cancel your accommodation, and you are still within the redemption period, then your reward offer will re-activate within a few hours, meaning that the code can be used again. However, if the accommodation you have booked is ‘non-refundable’ then the reward offer will be considered used even if it has been cancelled and cannot be re-used. You can do this anytime, even after you’ve checked out of your accommodation:
Go to the Booking.com platform, log in or create your Booking.com account with the same email address that you used/will use to make your booking.
Navigate to the Credit Card section under Settings (or under Edit Profile in the Booking.com app).
Tick the box beside your preferred reward payment method. You only need to tick this box once, Booking.com will save your preference for future rewards.
Offer payouts will be made to credit card (Mastercard, VISA or China UnionPay). It is also possible to use a Visa debit card or MasterCard debit card instead. At the moment, you will not be able to receive a reward without one of these cards.
